Santa
Vinyasa & Restorative

Santa began practicing yoga in the summer of 2018 at Highland Yoga Studio in Atlanta, where hot power vinyasa quickly became a foundation of her personal practice. In the spring of 2023, Santa completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Highland Yoga, deepening her understanding of vinyasa flow and its philosophical and anatomical principles

Since completing training, Santa has taught voluntarily at Pure Gym Spa Yoga during her stay in Granada, Nicaragua, sharing yoga within a community-focused and accessible environment. Continuing her education, Santa completed a 30-hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in spring 2024 with Taryn Diamond Yoga, hosted by Union Yoga & Pilates in Toronto, followed by a 40-hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training with Mosaic Yoga in Toronto in spring 2025.

In November 2025, Santa opened her own yoga studio on Xalteva Street in Granada, Nicaragua, where she has been teaching almost daily. Santa offers all-levels vinyasa flow classes as well as deep flow and restorative sessions, with an emphasis on mindful transitions, sustainable strength, and accessible options for every body.

Cristiana
Hatha

Cristiana is a yoga teacher trained in the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism. She completed her 200-hour yoga certification in 2017 with the Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga, hosted at Pure Gym Spa Yoga in Granada, Nicaragua. Her training is rooted in the ancient science of yoga, philosophy, and meditation, drawing from the tantric teachings of Kashmir Shaivism—a path that invites us to live life in totality, with presence and awareness.

She has taught and practiced yoga in diverse spaces, including Pure Gym Spa Yoga in Nicaragua and the Springwater Center in New York.

What Cristiana loves most about yoga is its ability to meet you exactly where you are—offering a practice that evolves with you and gently guides you back to yourself.

Cristiana currently teaches Hatha Yoga at Yoga in Granada. In her classes, Cristiana weaves together breathwork, alignment, and conscious movement to prepare the body and mind to find awareness in each moment of the day.
